2009 BOOKING CONDITIONS

Provisional bookings can be made by telephone and will be held subject to the receipt, within 7 days, of a deposit of 25% together with a completed booking form.

On receiving a deposit the booking will be become firm and receipt acknowledged. The balance will normally be required 8 weeks prior to the starting date of your holiday. Receipt of payment of the balance will also be acknowledged confirming the period of hire.

For a period booked less than 8 weeks prior to the starting date, payment in full will normally be required at the time of booking.

Arrival time will be after 2.30p.m and departure time before 10.30a.m.

We will arrange to meet with you to give you the key and show you to the chalet

Cancellations

In the event of you having to cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges apply :-

More than 30 days prior to booking start date - deposit
Less than 30 days prior to booking start date - 75%

Notification of cancellation must be given in writing.

Damage/Breakage

A security deposit to cover possible damage or breakage is not made. However, we do rely on occupants to advise promptly of any damage or breakage to equipment or contents so that the necessary repair or replacement can be effected. This would of course be paid for by the hirer.
